Clearwater Services is proudly an Australian owned and operated family business. All profits are ploughed straight back into new plant and equipment to provide the best services to our clients.

After 35 years Clearwater has built up an extensive client base built on a reputation for 'getting the job done properly and efficiently'.

Clearwater has completed hundreds of high quality projects over the years ranging from; The Olympic Stadium, Darling Harbour and Parliament House in Canberra.

The Concept of the 'One Stop Shop'

In 1974 Clearwater provided cleaning services for general office maintenance. Today, Clearwater has truly become the 'one stop shop' expanding in three major directions:

1. Builder's Cleaning (and still the market leader)
2. Traffic Control
3. Asphalting and Civil Works

The emphasis put onto each division of the organisation was to become the 'one stop shop' ,  packaging a range of services which compliment each other thus providing exceptional service, on time delivery and smart business solutions to any builder/developer or asset manager.
