Clearwater Services was established in 1974 and is owned and operated by the founding director Peter Kovic and
his wife
Kerri Kovic.
The
company philosophy
has always been to provide a range of honest and reliable services
for clients in which Clearwater Services excels, ranging
from final builder’s cleaning to traffic control management and more.
All of
Clearwater Services’ supervision and management staff have a very long and varied
history of involvement in the construction industry.
Clearwater Services has completed hundreds of
projects ranging from Stadium Australia, Darling Harbour and Parliament House
to local McDonalds stores. Work has been completed on many major high-rise
buildings, hospitals, stadiums, clubs, schools and factory projects.
There is
an enormous advantage in dealing with a company physically and mentally prepared
to work under the pressures of the hand-over stage of a
project. The Clearwater Services workforce is conditioned to these
pressures and are prepared and capable to operate 24
hours per day to achieve satisfactory practical completion of a project when required.
Clearwater Services operate to
an Enterprise Bargaining Agreement (EBA) and all staff are covered by C+BUS, ACIRT, CTAS and hold their Industry
Green Card. Supervisors hold regular toolbox meetings,
operate to Work Method Statements and to Quality Assurance standards. All staff are
long-term employees and as a rule Clearwater Services does not hire and fire but prefers to maintain
loyal long-term staff relations.
In 1974, Clearwater
Services gained major clients including Baulderstone, Kell & Rigby, Mirvac, Westfields, ADCO, Civil &
Civic. Over thirty years later, these major clients are still
turning to Clearwater Services to achieve the professional and timely results they
require in their construction projects.
